Medical conditions
Colds, flus or fevers contraindicate massage. Clients need to disclose all important medical information on intake form and to the therapist before the appointment. If this is not done the therapist cannot be responsible for any medical repercussions. If it is determined that massage or muscular therapy is not appropriate the session may be cancelled or rescheduled. Please let the therapist know prior to the appointment if you are undergoing chemotherapy, have been involved in a car accident, or had a recent injury or pregnancy.

In the event you are sick with a cold, flu or virus, etc., please reschedule your appointment, since bodywork/exercise may do more harm than good.

Appropriate behavior
Draping is always used, and any inappropriate non-professional behavior will not be tolerated and the session will be terminated immediately. I only do professional, therapeutic, draped massage. No exceptions.

Late Arrivals
Please call if you know you are going to be late. Without a phone call, you have 15 minutes past your scheduled start time before you are considered a no-show. If you are late for your scheduled appointment, your session will start at the time you arrive and end at the original treatment time booked. You will still be charged in full.
